Shipping policy
All items at Luxnesty are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, we begin producing your item specifically for you, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality.
During peak seasons such as Holidays, processing and delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 additional business days beyond the standard time frames listed below. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs may vary depending on actual logistics conditions. During peak seasons, holidays, or year-end events, shipping fees may be higher due to increased demand and limited carrier capacity.
Estimated Delivery Time
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding public holidays observed by postal services, including: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
To estimate your delivery time, please refer to the time frames below:

Production & Processing Time: 5–10 business days

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days (calculated from the shipping date, not the order date)

Priority Shipping (Ornaments only): 5–7 business days (from shipping date)

Express Shipping: 3–6 business days (from shipping date)
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can monitor your delivery.
For personalized or customized orders, additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the design. Our design team will begin work once your order is received.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information in their system.
If tracking information is not immediately available, it simply means the carrier has not yet processed the package. Updates will appear once the parcel is scanned.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If incorrect or incomplete information is detected, we may contact you to confirm or update the address, which could result in delivery delays.
Luxnesty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for parcels returned to sender. Returned packages may be disposed of or donated and will not be sent back to our warehouse.
If you contact the shipping carrier directly after the order has left our facility and request forwarding or redirection, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur as a result.
Will My Items Be Shipped Together?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.
Preview of Custom Products
Please note that we do not provide previews of final custom photo ornaments before shipping.

Our Facilities
Luxnesty is headquartered in the United States, where our products are designed. We offer a wide range of items, some of which are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, while others are fulfilled through our international facilities in countries such as Australia, China, and India.
For internationally shipped products, delivery times may be slightly longer than domestic orders, but they still fall within the estimated time frames listed above.
